  • Where does the name Addison Station come from?
    • The name originates from the famous El stop where thousands of Cubs fans congregate on the city's north side before ball games at the friendly confines.

  • Is my credit card information safe and secure?
    • Yes. Our fraud protection policy covers you against unauthorized purchases made through Google Checkout, and your purchase history or credit card number will not be shared with anyone.

  • How do I place an order?
    • You can purchase a product by visiting our homepage where each of our products is displayed. Simply click on a product and add it to your shopping bag. Once you are ready to place an order, click Checkout when you're in your shopping bag and proceed to fill out the necessary information!

  • Do I already need a Google account to place an order?
    • Nope! Although, if you don't have a Google account, when you come to the final checkout page, you'll be given an opportunity to create one, which will just require your shipping, payment, and some light contact information. This information is only collected by Google and used in accordance with their Privacy Policy. Your personal information is never stored on our servers... ever!

  • How will my order be shipped?
    • We ship all orders via FedEx, you can choose what shipping method you want at checkout (Overnight, Express, Ground, etc...).

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    • Depending on your order's destination and the shipping method you choose, delivery time will vary. We ship out all orders in 1-2 business days.

  • Can I track my order?
    • Yep! Once you place an order you will soon receive a shipping confirmation in your email where you can find your FedEx tracking number and a link to track your order. Or you can simply click the following link and enter your tracking number for shipment status. FedEx Order Tracking

  • What is your return policy?
    • You may return any product within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply get the product back to us (postmarked within the 14 day period) along with an email to sales@addisonstation.com notifying us of your return and we will fully refund your order. No questions asked. However, after 14 days we will offer no refunds.

  • What is your exchange policy?
    • You may exchange any product for a new size within 14 days after your shipment has been received. After 14 days, we will not offer any exchanges. Ship your exchange to the address above, along with an email to sales@addisonstation.com to notify us of your exchange. Upon receiving your return we will immediately ship your desired size.
  • What style and make are the t-shirts?
    • Each t-shirt is a pre-shrunk unisex 100% cotton short sleeve Gildan T-shirt.

  • Will you have more products in the future?
    • You bet! We plan to release new t-shirt designs throughout the year along with other apparel in the future. However, that all depends on our customer sales! So the more you order, more designs will be offered!
